The comprehensive commercial ties between them cover dynamic flows of goods, capital and people to the benefit of both sides. The bilateral trade hit AU$235 billion in 2019. Bilateral trade in service stood at $20 billion plus last year, marked by record exchange of visits of 2 million people between the two countries. Two-way investment stock was in the tune of tens of billion of dollars. China is proud to be the biggest trading partner of Australia for the past 10 years.
